Corporate eBusiness Strategy Manager                                                                                                             

Developed and executed strategic and tactical marketing, e-commerce and channel programs for business-to-business web-based channel partners and strategic on-line partnerships. Managed $3 million in project budgets and supervised 10 direct and virtual team members.

·          Developed a new Internet Office Wizard Tool for customers, providing them with a step-by-step navigation tool for organizing group meetings, including room reservations, catering, equipment needs, document reproduction, and more.  The service was well-received as evidenced by the highest endorsement from Forrester Research, a respected industry source.  Interim Chief Marketing Officer for resulting spin-off

·          Drove $8.5 million in incremental revenue, $1.5M in cost savings and 18% partner satisfaction improvement by developing a web-based educational tool, training Xerox equipment resellers and manufacturer reps on the merits of Xerox products and services for sale.  Site reduced time to market from 12 weeks to 6, and eliminated redundant training programs across five separate divisions.

·          Drove $1.5M in incremental revenue and established new relationships with over 10,000 new partners in the first three quarters of launch.  Realized 13% increase Xerox.com site traffic and increased e-commerce revenue by 11%. 

·          Built consensus across five separate business teams, for a unified indirect sales channel marketing strategy.  Took initiative to develop and internally market this unified strategy after recognizing that lost market share was being driven by customer and partner frustration with our over-complicated sales structure.

·          Increased call volume to call centers, generated 22% more leads and improved site traffic by 12% with a patentable web marketing storefront templates that efficiently integrate a full range of web and telephone marketing tools and technology for use by channel partners.  Templates were distributed to hundreds of partner sites and provided customers with new venues where they can learn, shop and buy.

Founded and organized a group of 12 amateur athletes preparing for the 2003 Lake Placid Ironman triathlon to raise money for 18 local charities and community causes.  Model being adopted for other Ironman events.
