Gae has been actively doing
triathlons for a total of four years. In July of 2002,
she completed Ironman Lake Placid
and there also qualified for the 2002 Hawaii Ironman which she completed in October. Her workouts are
usually done very early in the morning and after her
husband returns from work.

Career: Gae
Orsini is currently a stay-at-home mother of her two
pre-school children. Before the births of her boys, she
taught Art and Photography for the Penfield and Rochester
City School Districts. Gae has a fancy for antiques,
which she avidly collects and sometimes parts with at barn
sales on weekends when the training fare is light.
